Prior to returning any goods, please contact us by telephone on 020 8841 9688 and request authorisation. You will need to provide the following details - your order number, the date of purchase, your name and contact details, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. Once you have been given your Returns Authorisation number, please appropriately package the items with the receipt and send it to us so that we receive it no later than 7 working days after it was delivered to you. Please clearly mark the returns authorisation number on the outside of the box.

Return of a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item:-
If the item was damaged in transit - If you take delivery of an Incarshop.co.uk package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) in its original packaging to us within 7 working days of receipt for exchange. Please note that any postage costs will be non refundable and a 10% handling fee will be applicable if returns are not made within this period. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be unused and returned in a safe condition. Please repackage the items and return them to us in the original box quoting the reference number given. Please ensure that the items are returned in a resalable condition and that you do not write on the box. Please send it by Recorded Delivery so that you have proof that we have received it.
If the item is defective - You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you.
If we sent you an incorrect item - As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, send it back to us in its original packaging within 7 working days and we will send you the correct item as soon as we can. Should you change your mind after ordering but before the order has been processed and charged a full refund will be made, however, if the ordered has already been processed and your credit card has already been charged a 10% handling fee will be applicable.

In the event of Incarshop.co.uk sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item in its original packaging to Incarshop.co.uk within 7 working days. Incarshop.co.uk reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 7 working days of the date on which Incarshop.co.uk confirms we will issue a replacement.
When you send your item back to us we will process the returned item then notify you via e-mail or telephone of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return.
