About Us Incarshop.co.uk is a trading name for Car Shop (South Ruislip). We are a specialist retailer that serves both the general public and trade and have been established since 1985. We specialise in automotive spares and accessories for all car makes and models. As we hope you will find, we offer excellent prices on all our products. Almost all products offered on this website are available from stock for immediate despatch. Please note that it has not been possible to feature all our products on our website so if there is something you are looking for which is not available then please give us a call.

Making A Purchase We want to make sure that ordering items from Incarshop.co.uk is as easy as possible. Just browse our Catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart.

The shopping cart is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from the shopping cart at any time before you complete the checkout process, if you change your mind. When you find what you want, click the "add to cart" button on the item's product information page. If you can not see an "add to cart" button, it is because the item is not available from Incarshop.co.uk. When you have added everything you want to the shopping cart, click "view cart" at the top of the page.

To start filling in the order form, click the "checkout now" button. You will be asked for a few details that are required to satisfy the order. Should you have any queries, you can contact us via phone, fax or email and we will be happy to assist you.

We only accept orders from the United Kingdom.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Please note that the invoice/delivery address has to be the same as your credit card billing address for the order to be processed.

Incarshop.co.uk shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Shipping And Handling All items are despatched by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. The method of delivery used will depend upon the value of your order, the content and size of the product/s purchased. Royal Mail Silver Delivery, Recorded Delivery and Parcel Force will require a signature upon delivery.

Our shipping charge is based on the total weight of the order and the method of delivery used.

Delivery Schedule Almost all products offered on this website are available from stock for immediate despatch. This means that you should typically receive your goods within a few days, sometimes longer depending on your postal area if your order is placed Monday to Friday before 12.00pm.

For orders placed on a Friday, we cannot guarantee delivery for Saturday but 99% of deliveries do arrive next-day as usual.

Orders placed over the weekend and on Bank Holidays will not be despatched until the first working day of the week.

We will always endeavour to advise you within 24 hours if any item is out of stock - either by e-mail or telephone. You will then, of course, have the option of continuing with your order or cancelling - we never charge your credit card until goods are despatched.

Back Orders Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Tax Charges All prices shown include VAT at 17.5% (except for books, which are zero-rated for VAT purposes). When a zero-rated VAT item is ordered together with a fully rated VAT item, VAT will be charged on the total cost of postage and packing.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Guarantee If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 working days of the date you received the item, unopened with any seals and shrink-wrap intact and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item less any postage charges.

You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be unused and returned in a safe condition.

We are committed to protecting your personal information and will keep the information you entrust by keeping it safely and securely. We may from time to time decide to or be legally obliged to update this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be posted at this site. Except as required by law, modifications to this Privacy Policy shall not affect treatment of data collected prior to the effective date of the Policy change. Returns Policy We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

We are unable to exchange opened items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

Prior to returning any goods, please contact us by telephone on 020 8841 9688 and request authorisation. You will need to provide the following details - your order number, the date of purchase, your name and contact details, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. Once you have been given your Returns Authorisation number, please appropriately package the items with the receipt and send it to us so that we receive it no later than 7 working days after it was delivered to you. Please clearly mark the returns authorisation number on the outside of the box.

Return of a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item:-

If the item was damaged in transit - If you take delivery of an Incarshop.co.uk package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 7 working days of receipt for exchange.

If the item is defective - You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you.

If we sent you an incorrect item - As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, send it back to us and we will send you the correct item as soon as we can. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be unused and returned in a safe condition.

If you change your mind and no longer want or require the item/s - Send it/them back to us within 7 working days and as soon as we receive it/them we will refund the cost of the item/s. Please note that any postage costs will be non refundable and a 10% handling fee will be applicable.

Should you change your mind after ordering but before the order has been processed and charged a full refund will be made, however, if the ordered has already been processed and your credit card has already been charged a 10% handling fee will be applicable.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we deliver the item/s to you in error or the item/s is/are faulty. All returns are checked and tested; if your return is found to be used or opened we are unable to refund your account. Please note that any postage costs will also be non refundable.

In the event of Incarshop.co.uk sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to Incarshop.co.uk within 7 working days. Incarshop.co.uk reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 7 working days of the date on which Incarshop.co.uk confirms we will issue a replacement.

When you send your item back to us we will process the returned item then notify you via e-mail or telephone of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return.
